How it started

Retro Bloom was born out of a love for all things retro, cool, and cosy – and a dream to create something that adds some colour to people's lives. I’ve been making candles for over 10 years now – ever since I picked it up as a hobby during my university days. I started hand-pouring candles from my kitchen, experimenting with soy wax, bold scents, and upcycled paint tins. What started as a hobby quickly became a full-blown passion project – one fuelled by late nights, all-day markets and an ever-growing shelf of wax melts.

As someone who’s always loved creating and curating, I wanted to make products that felt fun but had a purpose. Now, with a growing collection of candles, wax melts, and handmade stone coasters, we’re proud to bring you pieces that brighten up your space in more ways than one.
