Candle Care

To maximize the lifespan of your candles, follow these guidelines:

  • During the first burn, allow your candle to burn for 3 to 4 hours until a nearly full melt pool forms around the edges of the tin.
  • Subsequent burns should last between 2 to 4 hours each time.
  • Burning your candle for longer than 4 hours can shorten its overall burn time.
  • Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use to prevent excessive flame height and soot buildup.
  • Always place your candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from drafts.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended, especially around children or pets.
  • Avoid touching a lit candle as the tin may become warm, and the wax inside will be hot.
  • Once your candle has around 1cm of wax left, dispose of it. Burning the final 1cm can cause the tin to become very hot and could leave to a dangerous candle. Either dispose of the candle, or a better alternative, clean out the remainder of the wax and reuse your cute tin

Our candles are exclusively crafted from 100% soy wax, which may naturally develop frosting, appearing as lighter patches on the surface. This occurrence is typical with pure soy wax candles and does not compromise their quality. Additionally, expect the texture of the candle to evolve after each burn, characteristic of the burning process of 100% soy wax. Rest assured, these changes do not alter the fragrance your candle emits.
