Delivery

We currently only offer delivery to the UK. We are looking into international delivery, but this is likely something to happen in the future. All parcels are sent tracked within 1-3 working days, at a flat rate of £3.

 

Returns

We gladly accept returns for items that remain unused and in a resalable condition. Please ensure all items are returned within 28 days of purchase. However, please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As a small business, we are unable to provide free returns at this time.

 

Damaged Candles

If your candle arrives damaged or in an unusable condition, please contact us immediately at retrobloom@outlook.com. Kindly include your order number along with photos of the issue. We will strive to respond within 48 hours to address the situation promptly.

 

New Scents and Wax Melts

Exciting plans lie ahead for Retro Bloom, with wax melts and new scents taking centre stage! Additionally, we're eager to introduce discovery packs, allowing you to sample each scent at a reduced cost.

 

Candle Texture/Lighter Patches after Burning

All our candles are crafted from 100% soy wax. While some manufacturers may claim to use soy wax, they often blend in paraffin or employ additional additives for appearance. With 100% soy wax candles, it's natural to observe texture and lighter patches after the initial burn. Rest assured, this does not affect the candle's burn performance or scent delivery. It serves as confirmation that our candles are exclusively soy-based.
